📋 Description
- • As a Territory Manager, Eye Care – Queens, NY at Viatris Inc., you will drive sales performance and build strategic relationships within the eye care community to support the company’s mission of expanding access to high-quality medicines globally.
- • Day to day, you will meet and exceed corporate sales objectives, develop and maintain partnerships with targeted Eye Care Practitioner (ECP) accounts, deliver approved educational and patient-centric messaging, leverage disease-state knowledge to identify business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and positive customer experiences.
- • Viatris is a global healthcare leader that bridges generics and brands, serving approximately 1 billion patients annually with a commitment to improving health outcomes across all life stages, from acute to chronic conditions.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in pharmaceutical sales within the eye care specialty, strengthen your ability to navigate regulated healthcare environments, and grow your impact through strategic territory planning and cross-functional collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of pharmaceutical, medical, or related sales experience with a proven track record in technical knowledge, selling techniques, and medical terminology.
- • Must reside within the assigned geography or within a reasonable driving distance and possess a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
- • Ability to travel as required, including potential overnight travel depending on territory needs.
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, applicable CRM systems, and similar databases.
- • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required.
- • Eye care experience is preferred but not mandatory.
