- • As a Salesforce Administrator at Hiive Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and performance of the company’s Salesforce platform, which serves as the central nervous system for tracking investor and client activity, managing transaction pipelines, and supporting go-to-market operations in a high-growth fintech/marketplace environment. Your work ensures that sales, marketing, and execution teams have accurate, real-time data to drive decisions and close deals in the fast-moving pre-IPO stock marketplace.
- • Day to day, you will execute high-volume data operations with precision, including deduplicating and merging Contacts, Accounts, and custom objects using tools like DataGroomr and Salesforce native deduplication; performing bulk updates, backfills, and lookup relationship corrections; cleaning and standardizing CSV-imported datasets; and conducting ongoing audits to maintain data integrity as a reliable source of truth.
- • You will act as the primary executor for Salesforce requests, triaging and resolving operational tickets quickly and accurately, supporting campaign builds and outreach lists from spreadsheets, troubleshooting data-related issues impacting reports or workflows, and serving as a key point of contact for end-user support by debugging Flows, permissions, and data issues while collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Execution teams to ensure CRM reflects real-time activity.
- • You will develop a deep understanding of how Salesforce supports Hiive’s go-to-market workflows, including investor and client activity tracking, transaction and pipeline management, reporting, and analytics, and support initiatives such as backfilling missing data, updating lifecycle fields and statuses, and ensuring consistency across data sources.
- • You will identify patterns in repetitive manual work and design, build, test, and deploy scalable declarative solutions such as Flows, validation rules, and page layouts to improve efficiency and automation, balancing speed of execution with long-term system scalability and process improvement.
- • You will perform daily Salesforce administration and maintenance, including user management, data integrity checks, system health monitoring, and security settings; support onboarding of new users; collaborate with developers and analysts to design effective business solutions; and develop documentation, training materials, and support user adoption of Salesforce best practices to strengthen organizational proficiency.
- • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in enterprise-scale Salesforce administration within a high-velocity fintech environment, mastering complex data modeling, automation, and integration challenges while contributing directly to the scalability and reliability of a mission-critical platform that powers one of the fastest-growing marketplaces for pre-IPO stock globally.
- • You will have the opportunity to grow into a trusted advisor and process optimization leader within the Sales Operations team, influencing how Hiive scales its sales and trading operations through data-driven CRM excellence, with potential pathways into senior administration, business analysis, or Salesforce architecture roles as the company continues its rapid expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, preferably in large enterprise or financial services environments.
- • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or equivalent certification.
- • Strong experience with data-heavy Salesforce work, including deduplication, record merging, bulk updates/backfills, managing lookup relationships, and ensuring data consistency.
- • Proficiency in building, maintaining, and debugging advanced Salesforce Flows.
- • Strong SOQL skills for data validation, analysis, and debugging.
- • Experience supporting data imports, pipelines, or backfills.
- • Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, including custom objects.
- • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks.
- • Strong process documentation skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- • Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong ownership and follow-through.
