  • • Serve as a clinical expert for GE HealthCare’s Nuclear Medicine and PET modalities, with a focus on Cardiology, supporting the radiopharmaceutical portfolio including DaTQUANT quantification software.
  • • Deliver on-site and virtual customer training programs, including pre-training coordination, patient go-live support, and ongoing post-go-live education throughout the product lifecycle.
  • • Participate in the company’s scheduling process for training events and ensure timely execution across the US and Canada.
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders including physicians, nurses, technologists, scheduling staff, and business office personnel, acting as the primary liaison between customers and GE HealthCare.
  • • Collaborate with Field Sales teams to support pre-sale activities such as image reviews, DaTQUANT demonstrations, and technical product support.
  • • Present clinical education sessions on GEHC MI products at conferences, customer events, and industry forums, including delivering Continuing Education (CE) credits to technologists and Reader Training to imagers.
  • • Communicate critical customer feedback, product concerns, market opportunities, and competitive intelligence to internal teams including Management, Supply, Field Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs.
  • • Contribute to company work streams related to clinical and business process improvements upon request.
  • • Ensure all activities comply with GE HealthCare’s ethical standards and regulatory requirements in promoting products.
  • • Expedite communication of customer clinical questions to Medical Science teams for timely resolution.
  • • Partner with CMO partners as needed to support customer needs and drive market growth.
  • • Maintain proficiency in standard software tools including Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems, and web-based platforms.
  • • Learn and provide digital training on specialized industry software such as MIM, Hermes, and Syngo, with preference for prior familiarity.
  • • Register with hospital vendor credentialing services, including providing proof of immunizations (MMR, hepatitis) and completing drug screening as required.
  • • Travel extensively (85%+ of work time, 4–5 days per week) across the US and Canada, including overnight stays and weekend travel, using multiple modes of transportation.
  • • Maintain residence within one hour of a major airport to support rapid deployment for customer engagements.
  • • Demonstrate strong organizational, planning, and execution skills to develop, market, and deliver clinical education programs.
  • • Exhibit adaptive, constructive interpersonal behaviors and exceptional communication skills—oral, written, and presentation—with diverse clinical and administrative audiences.
  • • Operate with autonomy within defined frameworks, resolving technical and operational issues using sound judgment, and escalating complex matters to senior team members as needed.
  • • Contribute to innovation and strategy development to enhance the clinical education experience and drive customer success.
