- • Lead the formation, negotiation, and closing of multi-investor Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) funds, coordinating with Legal, Underwriting, Credit, and other internal teams.
- • Negotiate and review partnership agreement terms for LIHTC transactions, ensuring alignment with Enterprise’s risk tolerance and investor expectations.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple institutional investors, managing ongoing communication, reporting requirements, and due diligence processes.
- • Maintain deep expertise in LIHTC structuring, investor underwriting, and regulatory compliance, presenting risks and mitigants to internal and external stakeholders.
- • Drive cross-functional process improvements to streamline fund execution, reduce closing timelines, and enhance investor satisfaction.
- • Respond to investor inquiries regarding fund performance, capital stack details, and Enterprise’s broader capital products and initiatives.
- • Represent Enterprise at industry conferences, investor meetings, and internal events, with up to 20% travel required.
- • Develop and mentor team members, fostering talent growth and accountability within the Investor Relations function.
- • Manage investor relationships by capturing evolving investment criteria and aligning Enterprise’s fund offerings with investor priorities.
- • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of investor reporting materials and compliance documentation.
- • Collaborate with external legal counsel and internal compliance teams to resolve legal, structural, and technical issues in LIHTC transactions.
- • Utilize advanced Excel modeling to analyze financial structures, project returns, and investor returns for multi-investor funds.
- • Maintain and leverage Salesforce to track investor interactions, pipeline progress, and communication history.
- • Champion innovation in fund structuring and investor engagement strategies while managing ambiguity in complex, multi-party transactions.
- • Uphold Enterprise’s mission by advancing racial equity and affordable housing through strategic capital deployment and investor alignment.
