📋 Description

• • As a Technical Product Manager for Sparkrock Pay, you will drive the evolution of a K–12 payments and form management platform that enables social benefit organizations—including school boards, nonprofits, and government agencies—to operate more effectively by managing critical financial and administrative workflows.
• • You will work with business representatives to translate product strategy into detailed requirements, collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services, and focus on API-driven integrations, system workflows, financial accuracy, exception handling, and operational efficiency.
• • You will join a mission-driven, 100% remote global team at Sparkrock, where tens of thousands of users rely on the platform daily to manage funds, data collection, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting across educational institutions.
• • In this role, you will build strong customer feedback loops, stay current on payments and SaaS trends, and have the opportunity to grow into owning the vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for Sparkrock Pay, including designing payment and form-management workflows and driving product discovery with school boards and administrators.
