📋 Description
- • As a Senior Product Manager for Marketplace Integrations at ShiftKey, you will own the middleware platform and drive the strategy for integrating external systems and partner platforms to unlock customer value and remove friction for sales and operations.
- • You will define and execute the integration roadmap, transition legacy point-to-point connections into a cohesive public-facing API ecosystem, and make strategic decisions about what to build and why.
- • You will partner closely with engineering to own API design, data flow mapping, and error handling, while collaborating with sales and revenue leadership to ensure integrations drive measurable business outcomes.
- • You will build observability tools for self-service troubleshooting, manage competing priorities between internal and external stakeholders, and establish success metrics around adoption, conversion, and retention.
- • You will join a fast-moving, ambitious product team with significant autonomy to act as a strategic leader shaping a revenue-critical platform that connects healthcare facilities with independent professionals.
- • ShiftKey is transforming healthcare staffing by enabling direct, flexible connections between facilities and licensed workers, helping to alleviate national staffing shortages through its innovative marketplace platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, platforms, or complex platform ecosystems.
- • Ability to engage in credible technical discussions with engineers regarding API design, troubleshooting, and error handling.
- • Proven experience managing stakeholder expectations and making difficult trade-offs to protect platform scalability.
- • Experience working with distributed engineering teams across time zones.
- • Track record of effective collaboration with external partners and internal leadership to deliver integrated solutions.
