• • As Head of Private Trips at Ventura Travel GmbH, you will lead the growth and strategic direction of a specialized travel brand focused on creating personalized, AI-powered travel experiences that inspire exploration and foster cultural connections.
• • Day to day, you will build, launch, and optimize private trips quickly; collaborate with IT, marketing, and customer success teams for seamless product integration; monitor KPIs such as sessions, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs; source and negotiate with top local suppliers; leverage AI to increase speed, reduce cost, and improve output; and ensure high-quality customer experiences through standout travel offerings.
