- • Provide comprehensive customer support and education to Nuclear Medicine and PET customers, specifically for CardioGen-82® generators and infusion systems, to enhance satisfaction and service quality.
- • Deliver Cardiac PET introduction presentations, radiation safety guidance, training, and ongoing continuing education to customer personnel.
- • Train staff on the operation of CardioGen-82® generators, infusion systems, and Cardiac PET image acquisition/processing parameters across various camera and scanner models.
- • Ensure safe handling of radioactive materials in compliance with ALARA principles during all training and support activities.
- • Perform infusion system installation, initial testing, and ongoing monitoring of customer use and product interactions to document observations for product improvement.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting CardioGen-82® technical issues reported by new and existing customers, developing and implementing resolution techniques.
- • Act as the liaison between Professional Services and the customer base regarding generator or infusion cart problems, complaints, and feedback.
- • Partner with customers to develop short- and long-term strategies to ensure the ongoing success and adoption of the CardioGen-82 program.
- • Collaborate with Field Nuclear Accounts Managers and Leadership Team to align on sales strategies, achieve annual sales quotas, and drive customer retention.
- • Work closely with Nuclear Medicine Marketing and field sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and consistent messaging.
- • Travel 75-85% of the time, including evenings and some weekends, to support customers across the South territory, including Mississippi and Louisiana.
- • Conduct all duties in hospital and healthcare facility environments, as well as in travel settings such as airports and hotels.
- • Maintain compliance with all field sales credentialing requirements, including vaccinations, background checks, and a 10-panel drug screen.

- • Utilize strong computer skills, oral and written communication abilities, and technical expertise in Nuclear Medicine Imaging to perform essential job functions.
- • Demonstrate accountability, ownership, and teamwork in all responsibilities and cross-functional collaborations.
🎯 Requirements
- • BS/BA degree preferred
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in nuclear cardiology imaging
- • Nuclear Medicine certification required through NMTBC and/or ARRT (N)
- • Must be a licensed driver without restrictions and able to drive a car
- • Experience with cardiac PET installations, applications, and/or troubleshooting preferred
- • Must comply with all field sales credentialing requirements, including vaccinations and a 10-panel drug screen
