- • Deliver clinical and operational expertise by providing education and training support for GE Healthcare’s Maternal Infant Care product portfolio to clinical end-users in NICU settings.
- • Correlate theoretical clinical knowledge with product and software information to enable clinicians to achieve optimal performance from GE Healthcare equipment.
- • Conduct pre-sale clinical evaluations and educational sessions for potential customers to support sales efforts and customer acquisition.
- • Develop and administer customized clinical training programs to end-user personnel in alignment with Sales Order Agreements (SOA) to drive high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
- • Collaborate with sales, project management, and service teams to coordinate the delivery of customer training using an integrated account management approach.
- • Execute on-site and remote clinical education sessions to directly drive revenue realization through effective training delivery.
- • Complete comprehensive, consistent, and timely documentation for all training activities from pre-sale through post-implementation phases.
- • Provide ongoing post-installation training and support to existing customers, including training on new product enhancements and software updates.
- • Maintain strong customer relationships and communicate product feedback, technical issues, and customer opportunities to LCS Management, Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Loyalty Leads, and Technical Support teams.
- • Manage travel and lodging (T&L) budget efficiently, optimizing travel strategies and cost savings while adhering to company financial guidelines.
- • Submit accurate and timely expense reports with full documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- • Maintain proficiency in Windows-based software applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and effectively navigate web-based tools, intranets, and proprietary applications.
- • Rapidly learn and master specialized industry-specific software to deliver digital training and education solutions to clinical users.
- • Travel extensively (100%+, 4-5 days per week, including weekends) across the United States and Canada using multiple modes of transportation including air, car, and rail.
- • Ensure all training activities and customer interactions reflect GE Healthcare’s mission to improve lives in the moments that matter through evidence-based practice and exceptional customer experience.
🎯 Requirements
- • Hold an active registered nursing license with direct experience in NICU.
- • Ability and willingness to travel 100%+ (4-5 days per week, including weekends) across the U.S. and Canada.
- • Proficient in Windows-based software applications: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- • Ability to quickly learn and deploy specialized industry-specific software for digital training delivery.
- • Experience providing clinical education and training in a healthcare technology environment.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage travel budgets and submit compliant expense reports.
