- • Manage customer accounts for GE HealthCare’s MIM Software business, providing both remote and on-site support to Radiation Oncology customers across the western United States.
- • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clinical stakeholders including Dosimetrists, Physicists, and other departmental staff to ensure optimal utilization of MIM products.
- • Develop deep clinical and anatomical knowledge of Radiation Oncology workflows and how MIM software integrates into patient care processes.
- • Proactively identify customer challenges in clinical workflows and implement solutions to enhance product adoption and improve patient outcomes.
- • Drive the effective implementation of new software features and processes by engaging key decision-makers and end-users at customer sites.
- • Conduct software training, basic technical support, and new feature demonstrations via phone, online platforms, and in-person visits.
- • Lead the renewal process for customer service and maintenance contracts, ensuring high retention rates and revenue continuity.
- • Capture all customer interactions, feedback, and activity updates accurately in the company CRM system.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and support teams to communicate customer needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- • Report regularly to management on customer activities including software upgrades, training sessions, proactive interventions, and contract renewal status.
- • Travel nationally up to 30% to visit customer sites and participate in on-site engagements.
- • Participate in global team meetings that may occur outside standard U.S. business hours to align with international colleagues.
- • Adapt work procedures and schedules as needed to meet customer availability, including working outside typical business hours to accommodate international time zones.
- • Ensure all customer interactions and deliverables meet established standards for quality, timeliness, and effectiveness.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of customer success management or similar experience, preferably in a clinical setting
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • Highly competent in CRM systems and other IT tools supporting business operations
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships
- • Proven ability to navigate complex hospital institutions and engage clinical staff
- • Willingness to travel nationally up to 30%
