  • • The Clinical Data Acquisition Analyst is responsible for end-to-end acquisition and implementation of all defined clinical data sources at CareSource, playing a critical role in enabling data-driven healthcare decisions by bridging clinical, technical, and business stakeholders.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include working with providers, HIE organizations, immunization registries, and vendors to gather and assess clinical data requirements; leading requirements gathering sessions; writing user stories; building market partnerships; mentoring team members; identifying data trends and gaps; coordinating with procurement on vendor contracts; and assisting managers with change impact analysis and project monitoring.

The Clinical Data Acquisition team ensures reliable, standardized clinical data flows to support quality reporting, population health, and care coordination initiatives.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare data standards (HL7, CCD, FHIR, HEDIS), strengthen your business analysis and stakeholder management skills, lead cross-functional initiatives, and gain experience in healthcare data strategy, vendor management, and ROI-driven use case development—positioning you for advancement in health informatics, data governance, or healthcare analytics leadership.
