📋 Description
- • The Clinical Data Reviewer role at Syneos Health is critical to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of clinical trial data, directly supporting the development and approval of life-changing therapies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing clinical and medical aspects of study participant data, identifying and issuing data queries, ensuring timely resolution, monitoring site data entry performance, and collaborating with sponsor teams including Clinical Scientists, Study Medical Directors, and Data Management to maintain audit readiness.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in clinical data review, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration, positioning you as a trusted authority in data quality and contributing directly to study success and regulatory submissions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in clinical data review, data management, or clinical research coordination
- • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, including eligibility criteria, adverse events, concomitant medications, and laboratory assessments
- • Proficiency with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and query management processes
- • Ability to interpret medical documentation and apply clinical judgment to data discrepancies
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with sponsors, sites, and internal teams
- • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data quality, audit readiness, and continuous process improvement
