- • A Clinical Data Specialist role focused on ensuring high-quality local laboratory data to support global clinical trials, working within Fortrea Holdings Inc.'s Clinical Data Management team.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting local laboratory data activities for clinical studies, reviewing study protocols and lab requirements, maintaining the Global Analyte Library, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Clinical Operations, Biometrics, Medical Monitoring, Regulatory), identifying risks in lab data collection and quality, configuring lab locations and analyte parameters in Veeva Vault Local Lab Module, and driving process improvements through automation and technology adoption.
- • The role is part of a global, collaborative team dedicated to data integrity and trial success, with a focus on aligning lab data with study timelines and ensuring compliance across international clinical research operations.
- • The position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in clinical data management, contribute directly to trial success through data accuracy, and grow professionally in a high-demand area of clinical research while working remotely from Colombia.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in Clinical Data Management and/or the drug development process
- • Strong knowledge of local laboratory data management within clinical trials
- • Familiarity with ICH/GCP and regulatory standards applicable to clinical data
- • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health-related, or technology-related field (or equivalent experience)
- • Ability to manage multiple studies or priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
