- • As a Clinical Deployment Specialist at ZOLL Medical Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful integration and adoption of our cutting-edge resuscitation technologies within emergency medical services (EMS) and hospital settings. Your primary mission will be to enhance customer satisfaction and retention by providing expert clinical education and seamless implementation support for our advanced cardiac monitor/defibrillators, AutoPulse devices, and ZOLL Data Systems. This role is crucial for driving sales success by fostering deep customer loyalty and ensuring our clients maximize the value of their ZOLL investments.
- • You will serve as a key point of contact for large competitive conversions and select North American EMS customers, offering comprehensive product support throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from pre-sale engagement to post-sale optimization. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding customers through the complexities of adopting new technologies, ensuring a smooth transition and sustained operational excellence.
- • A significant aspect of your role involves supporting new competitive conversions. This requires a deep understanding of ZOLL's product portfolio and its advantages over competing solutions. You will be responsible for pre-sale awareness initiatives, highlighting the depth and breadth of ZOLL's offerings to prospective clients, and preparing them for the successful implementation of our equipment.
- • You will be hands-on with equipment setup, ensuring that all devices are installed correctly and are fully operational prior to training. This meticulous attention to detail is critical for a successful deployment and lays the foundation for effective product utilization.
- • Following equipment setup, you will lead comprehensive post-sale training and development sessions. This includes both structured classroom-based instruction and practical, in-field ride-alongs, allowing customers to gain hands-on experience and build confidence in using the devices. Your training will cater to various skill levels, including both ALS (Advanced Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) personnel, and will involve developing and delivering relevant training curricula.
- • Post-sale troubleshooting is a vital component of this role. You will be expected to diagnose and resolve technical issues that may arise with the capital equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical operations. This requires a strong technical aptitude and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- • Your responsibilities extend to proactive post-sale follow-up, ensuring that customers are not only satisfied but are also leveraging the full capabilities of their ZOLL products. This includes checking in on their progress, addressing any emerging needs, and identifying opportunities for further optimization or additional training.
- • You will be responsible for managing on-site deployment and training timelines, coordinating with customer stakeholders to ensure that all activities are completed efficiently and effectively. This requires strong organizational and project management skills to navigate complex schedules and logistical challenges.
- • A key initiative you will be involved in is the 'Train-the-Trainer' program. You will train designated personnel within customer organizations to become internal experts, capable of delivering ongoing training and support to their own teams. This empowers our customers and builds sustainable product knowledge within their organizations.
- • You will also be involved in developing and delivering ALS and BLS training curricula, ensuring that our training materials are up-to-date, comprehensive, and aligned with current clinical best practices and ZOLL product functionalities.
- • Finally, you will conduct post-deployment satisfaction surveys to gather valuable feedback from customers. This feedback loop is essential for continuous improvement of our products, services, and deployment processes, ensuring that ZOLL remains at the forefront of customer satisfaction in the medical technology industry.
- • This role offers the unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on patient care by ensuring that healthcare professionals have the knowledge and support they need to effectively use life-saving ZOLL technologies. You will be a critical link between ZOLL's innovative solutions and the clinicians who rely on them every day.
