📋 Description
- • Vira Health is at the forefront of transforming women's healthcare through innovative technology, aiming to bridge the gap in accessible, evidence-based health information and support. As a Clinical Educator (Italian), you will play a pivotal role in empowering millions of women globally by providing them with clear, unhurried, and expert guidance on their health journeys. This role is designed for passionate clinicians who are dedicated to enhancing health literacy, promoting disease prevention, and enabling individuals to make informed decisions about their well-being. You will be a key contributor to our Member Zone, offering focused, meaningful interactions that demystify complex health concerns and prepare members for their medical appointments. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your clinical expertise in a flexible, part-time capacity with significant potential for professional growth as Vira Health expands its international reach.
- • In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will conduct virtual, education-only calls with members, addressing their health concerns within your areas of expertise. These sessions are strictly educational, meaning there is no clinical evaluation, prescribing, or ongoing patient management involved, allowing for a unique focus on clear communication and support. You will also have the opportunity to lead engaging group webinars and workshops, sharing your in-depth knowledge with a wider audience, supported by Vira’s dedicated staff. Responding to general health questions via asynchronous messaging on a non-urgent basis will also be part of your role, ensuring members receive timely and reliable information. You will be instrumental in providing evidence-based health information, offering practical lifestyle guidance, and suggesting effective self-management strategies tailored to individual needs. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with Vira Care Advocates (Navigators/Coaches) to guide members in navigating the healthcare system and facilitate appropriate referrals, ensuring a holistic approach to member care.
- • Beyond direct member interaction, you will contribute significantly to the development and refinement of Vira’s educational resources. This includes creating new content for the Member Zone, such as informative articles, comprehensive care plans, engaging videos, and materials for webinars. You will also be responsible for reviewing existing content to ensure its clinical accuracy, incorporating the latest evidence and practice guidelines. A critical aspect of this role is developing educational materials that are culturally sensitive and appropriate for a diverse global audience, reflecting Vira’s commitment to inclusivity. You will work collaboratively with Vira’s internal resources to translate complex medical information into easily understandable and actionable content for members. Ensuring that all educational materials adhere to regulatory requirements across various international markets is also a key responsibility, maintaining the highest standards of compliance and quality.
- • This role offers a unique chance to contribute to Vira Health’s mission of making women's healthcare accessible and understandable worldwide. You will gain valuable experience in digital health education, content creation for a global audience, and working within a rapidly growing, mission-driven organization. The flexible, remote nature of the position allows for a healthy work-life balance, while the potential for increased involvement based on member demand and geographic expansion offers significant career development opportunities. You will be part of an international team united by a shared commitment to improving health outcomes for women and families, contributing to a culture that values evidence-based practices, accessibility, inclusivity, empowerment, and collaboration.
- • The team at Vira Health is a dynamic and international group, united by a shared passion for improving women's health outcomes. We operate across various territories, including the US, UK, and Canada, fostering a collaborative environment through regular virtual meetings and a strong sense of shared purpose. As our member base continues to grow, so does the opportunity for you to deepen your involvement and impact within the organization. We pride ourselves on our core values: being evidence-based, ensuring accessibility, maintaining inclusivity, empowering our members, and fostering a collaborative spirit across all disciplines. By joining Vira Health, you become part of a forward-thinking company dedicated to making a tangible difference in the lives of women and families globally, offering a rewarding experience where your contributions are valued and your professional growth is supported.
- • The flexibility of this role is a significant advantage, with initial engagements starting at just 4 hours per month, providing an excellent entry point for those seeking to balance other commitments. This commitment has the potential to increase substantially based on member demand, your performance, and the company's geographic expansion into new markets. While the hours are flexible, some availability during UK, US, or Canadian business hours is beneficial to accommodate live member sessions, ensuring timely support for our diverse user base. This adaptability allows you to tailor your involvement to your personal schedule while still making a meaningful impact.
- • You will be empowered to shape the clinical education strategy for a growing global platform, contributing to the development of innovative approaches to health literacy and member engagement. This role provides a unique opportunity to influence the direction of digital health education and contribute to the expansion of Vira Health's services into new international markets. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our educational content is not only clinically sound but also resonates with diverse cultural backgrounds and linguistic needs, further solidifying Vira Health's position as a leader in women's healthcare technology. This is a chance to grow with a company that is making a real difference.
- • The core of your work will revolve around providing exceptional member education, ensuring that individuals feel informed, prepared, and empowered regarding their health. This involves not just delivering information but also fostering a supportive environment where members feel comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification. Your ability to connect with members on a personal level, while maintaining professional boundaries, will be key to the success of these educational sessions. By equipping members with the knowledge they need, you directly contribute to better health outcomes and a more positive healthcare experience for countless individuals worldwide, embodying Vira Health's mission.
- • You will also be involved in continuous quality improvement initiatives, working with multidisciplinary teams to enhance clinical pathways and refine member education protocols. This collaborative approach ensures that Vira Health remains at the cutting edge of digital health education, constantly adapting to new research and best practices. Your insights and contributions will be invaluable in shaping the future of our services and ensuring we consistently deliver high-quality, impactful educational experiences to our members across the globe. This is a role where your clinical acumen directly translates into improved patient understanding and engagement.
- • The role emphasizes the development of culturally sensitive and linguistically appropriate educational materials. This requires a deep understanding of diverse backgrounds and the ability to adapt communication styles to effectively reach a global audience. Your work in this area will be crucial in ensuring that Vira Health's resources are truly accessible and inclusive, breaking down barriers to health information and promoting health equity for all members, regardless of their origin or circumstances. This commitment to inclusivity is a cornerstone of Vira Health's values and mission.
- • Finally, you will be an integral part of a team that is passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world healthcare challenges. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of women and families, providing them with the knowledge and support they need to navigate their health journeys with confidence. This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to be part of a movement that is revolutionizing women's healthcare and making a lasting positive impact on global health outcomes.
