📋 Description

• As Director of Product Management for SIEM at Rapid7, you will set the definitive strategy and execute the roadmap for the next-generation Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) business, a mission-critical security offering used by organizations worldwide.
• You will translate customer needs and market insights into a clear product roadmap, working cross-functionally with engineering, go-to-market, and customer success teams to deliver scalable, differentiated SIEM capabilities in a rapidly changing threat environment.
• You will join the SIEM Product Management team, which sets the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Rapid7’s next-generation SIEM platform, including SOAR, Threat Intelligence, and embedded AI for security operations, partnering closely with Product Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure strategy translates into market-leading capabilities.
• In this role, you will define and execute strategic vision, inspire and align global teams, champion delivery excellence, innovate and optimize based on market trends and customer feedback, and drive momentum with decisive, data-backed actions to elevate the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive product management leadership experience specifically focused on SIEM, Log Management, or SOC platform solutions within high-growth B2B SaaS or cloud environments.
• Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity operations, advanced threat detection methodologies, and the nuances of the managed services delivery market.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and align high-performing cross-functional teams with clarity and strong decision-making in fast-paced, high-stakes security environments.
• Superior communication skills to articulate product objectives, strategic rationale, and value proposition to stakeholders from technical analysts to executive leadership.
• A disciplined, rigorous, and data-driven approach to evaluating product performance, measuring customer impact, and prioritizing investments.
