- • As a Clinical Educator (Portuguese) at Vira Health Ltd., you will provide virtual clinical education sessions to members on women's health topics such as fertility, hormonal health, pregnancy, menopause, and family health, helping them understand their health concerns and prepare for medical appointments without forming a provider-patient relationship.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting 15–30 minute virtual one-on-one education calls, leading group webinars and workshops, responding to general health questions via asynchronous messaging, and providing evidence-based health information and self-management strategies.
- • You will collaborate with Vira Care Advocates to guide members toward appropriate clinical care and referrals, while also creating and reviewing educational content such as articles, care plans, videos, and webinar materials for clinical accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and regulatory compliance.
- • The role offers the opportunity to contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives, develop clinical pathways and education protocols, and work with multidisciplinary teams across product and learn from clinicians, product, and operations teams in a remote, flexible environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Registered Nurse (RN), Registered/Certified Midwife (RM, CNM), Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant, Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent licensed healthcare professional qualification with current active license/registration in good standing in country of practice.
- • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in women's health, including OB/GYN, maternal health, reproductive health, or menopause care.
- • Strong knowledge of women's health across the lifespan (fertility through menopause) and ability to explain complex medical concepts in plain language.
- • Experience with virtual/telehealth platforms and remote patient engagement, plus comfort working independently in a remote environment.
- • Proficiency with digital health platforms and video conferencing tools, strong organizational skills, and effective time management.
