📋 Description
- • Lead and supervise a team of Program Supervisors and Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- • Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies including ABA, ESDM, TEACCH, PECS, and PRT to enhance clients’ communication, social skills, and independence.
- • Administer and interpret standardized assessments such as VB-MAPP, SSIS, FAST, Skills Streaming, and EFL to guide clinical decision-making and measure client progress.
- • Design and oversee data collection systems to track client outcomes, analyze behavioral trends, and make data-driven adjustments to intervention strategies.
- • Conduct regular fidelity checks and performance reviews to ensure consistent, high-standard service delivery across all client programs.
- • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development to supervisees to strengthen clinical competencies and team effectiveness.
- • Collaborate directly with families, caregivers, and external service providers to educate them on ABA techniques and support consistent implementation in home and community settings.
- • Manage all client documentation, including progress reports, treatment logs, and insurance-required records, ensuring timely and accurate submissions for reimbursement and compliance.
- • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and the BACB Ethical Code in all clinical and administrative practices.
- • Travel to multiple work sites and client homes to provide direct supervision, conduct assessments, and support team members; reliable transportation is required.
- • Perform physical duties including bending, kneeling, crouching, lifting up to 40 lbs, and standing for extended periods while working directly with clients.
- • Respond to emergency situations and high-emotion scenarios with sound judgment, emotional resilience, and clinical expertise.
- • Ensure all staff and client interactions comply with organizational policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards set by CARF International.
- • Obtain and maintain required certifications including CPR, Safety Care, and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- • Pass all mandatory health screenings, vaccinations, TB testing, and criminal background checks through DOJ and Office of Inspector General.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree in a related field
- • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) or BCBA-D certification in good standing
- • Three years of experience working with children and/or adults with autism, including administering ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, and/or Essentials for Living
- • Two or more years of experience supervising and developing staff in a clinical ABA setting
- • Valid California Driver’s License with insurance and clean driving record
- • Ability to pass DOJ/FBI live scan, Office of Inspector General clearance, and required health screenings
