- • Monitor and triage incoming tickets in the Jira system, assigning them to appropriate Clinical Payments team members.
- • Monitor and triage incoming emails related to clinical trial payments, routing them to the correct team members for resolution.
- • Respond to general inquiries from clinical trial sites, sponsors, and internal teams regarding payment status, remittance details, and system access.
- • Prepare and distribute remittance documentation and payment confirmations to stakeholders.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of ticket assignments, email communications, and resolution outcomes.
- • Support the Clinical Payments team with administrative tasks including updating payment trackers and organizing study-related documentation.
- • Assist with system migration projects by preparing data, maintaining task checklists, and completing assigned activities under senior team supervision.
- • Support study reconciliation activities by collecting, validating, and organizing required documentation for migration or audit purposes.
- • Track progress of outstanding items during migration or reconciliation initiatives, noting responses from sites and internal stakeholders.
- • Escalate unresolved issues, discrepancies, or gaps in payment processes to senior Clinical Payments team members for review and resolution.
- • Contribute to day-to-day operational workflows and time-limited initiatives based on team priorities and operational needs.
- • Gain exposure to clinical trial payment operations, financial workflows, and cross-functional collaboration within a global CRO environment.
- • Work in a role designed for recent graduates or individuals entering the clinical research industry with no prior industry experience required.
- • Operate within a structured environment that emphasizes quality, accuracy, and adherence to established systems and protocols.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Finance, or a related field
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- • Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing systems is an advantage
