📋 Description

• Clinically review and prescribe cannabis-based medicinal products (CBMPs) to patients who have exhausted other treatment options.
• Manage a complex and high-need patient caseload with a focus on improving quality of life through personalized care.
• Support the dispensary team with clinical queries to ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing.
• Contribute to patient and staff education on CBMPs, treatment protocols, and therapeutic outcomes.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date patient records in full alignment with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) standards.
• Operate in a fast-evolving clinical environment where processes are actively being developed and refined.
• Engage in continuous professional development through provided CBMP-specific training, despite no prior CBMP experience being required.
• Represent Montu UK at industry events and collaborate across teams to expand clinical impact and knowledge sharing.
• Embrace a hybrid working model with a committed London-based presence, balancing in-person and remote clinical responsibilities.
• Prioritize patient outcomes over novelty, taking each complex case with seriousness and clinical rigor.
• Adapt to ambiguity and change, contributing to the shaping of clinical workflows in a growing digital health organization.

🎯 Requirements

• GPhC registered pharmacist with a current Independent Prescriber qualification
• At least two years of prescribing experience
• Experience working in a clinical setting
• Genuine interest in patient outcomes, not merely the subject matter of cannabis-based medicines
• Comfortable working at pace in an evolving, non-static environment
• Willingness to learn CBMPs through provided training (no prior CBMP knowledge required)
