- • The Clinical Project Assistant supports the execution of clinical research projects at GRAIL, Inc., a healthcare company pioneering early cancer detection through next-generation sequencing and large-scale clinical studies. This role is essential to advancing the company’s mission of detecting cancer early, when it can be cured, by ensuring the smooth operation of clinical trials and data collection processes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting project managers with study coordination, preparing and maintaining clinical documentation, tracking participant enrollment and visit schedules, supporting data entry and quality checks, and liaising with clinical sites and internal teams to ensure protocol adherence and timely milestone completion.
- • The Clinical Project Assistant works within a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, physicians, and data specialists dedicated to transforming cancer care through innovative technologies. The team operates across multiple sites including Menlo Park, CA, Washington, D.C., North Carolina, and the United Kingdom, fostering a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
- • In this role, the individual will gain hands-on experience in clinical trial operations within a cutting-edge healthcare setting, develop expertise in regulatory documentation and study coordination, and contribute directly to high-impact research aimed at reducing cancer mortality. 🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, or related field
- • Experience with clinical trial coordination or healthcare administrative support

- • Ability to communicate effectively with clinical sites, investigators, and cross-functional teams
