- • As a Clinical Recruiter at Alpaca Health Inc., you will be responsible for growing the network of provider partners by working directly with BCBAs and ABA practice owners to help them understand how Alpaca supports them with technology, operations, billing, credentialing, and practice growth.
- • You will own the full recruitment cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery conversations through signed partnership agreements, managing and advancing a pipeline of opportunities while educating prospective providers on Alpaca’s technology, operational support, and partnership model.
- • Alpaca Health enables clinicians to become entrepreneurs in autism care by providing AI-powered software, payer contracting, and full back-office infrastructure, aiming to shift power in healthcare back to clinicians; the company has raised over $14M in funding and is growing 30% MoM while serving hundreds of patients.
- • In this role, you will build trust with clinicians making major career decisions, experiment with outreach and sales approaches to improve conversion, collaborate with marketing and operations to refine messaging and product offerings, and become an expert in the ABA industry and private practice ownership while helping shape Alpaca’s provider acquisition strategy as the company scales.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, customer success, or another relationship-driven role
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Experience in a startup, healthcare, education, or SMB-focused environment is a plus
- • Preference for experience in ABA
