📋 Description

• The Clinical Recruiter at Hightop Health is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-quality clinical team members, including advanced practice providers, therapists, and psychiatric physicians, supporting the company’s mission to deliver superior patient care through a clinician-centric talent strategy.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens, coordinating interviews, guiding offers, and maintaining accurate recruitment data while ensuring a professional, clinician-centered candidate experience.
• The role operates within Hightop Health, a premier outpatient mental health group committed to evidence-based, integrative psychiatry, where the recruiter collaborates closely with clinical leadership, HR, hiring managers, and credentialing teams to align hiring with workforce plans and growth goals.
• In this role, the Clinical Recruiter will develop expertise in healthcare talent acquisition, build and maintain clinical talent pipelines, refine sourcing strategies for niche clinical roles, and contribute to improving recruitment processes through data-informed decisions and stakeholder feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience required; prior experience recruiting clinical or healthcare professionals strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms required.
• Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, networking, and other tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
