- ⢠The Clinical Research Associate II role at Precision for Medicine is critical to ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of clinical trials, particularly in Oncology and Rare Disease, by serving as the primary liaison between study sites and project teams while upholding rigorous GCP and regulatory standards.
- ⢠Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site visits (pre-study, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out), verifying informed consent processes, reviewing and maintaining regulatory documents (ISF/TMF), managing investigational product accountability, identifying and reporting adverse events, resolving data discrepancies, and supporting audit readiness through accurate documentation and proactive communication with sites and internal teams.
- ⢠Precision for Medicine is a specialized CRO that integrates clinical trial execution with scientific expertise, laboratory capabilities, and advanced data sciences to accelerate life-changing therapies, with a strong focus on Oncology and Rare Disease, operating globally with a commitment to quality, innovation, and patient safety.
- ⢠In this role, the CRA II will develop deep expertise in global clinical trial management, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, gain hands-on experience in oncology-focused studies, and build proficiency in regulatory compliance, data quality, and risk mitigationāpositioning them for advancement into senior clinical research or project leadership roles.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Bachelorās degree or international equivalent in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline
- ⢠Minimum of 2 years of on-site monitoring experience, including 1 year in oncology
- ⢠Global Clinical Trial experience
- ⢠Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ⢠Willingness to travel 60-70% of the time
