  • • Join Diligent Robotics Inc., a mission-driven, venture-backed company at the forefront of developing artificial intelligence that enables service robots to collaborate seamlessly with human teams in dynamic environments. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Clinical Robot Associate to be a foundational member of our on-site operations team in Dallas, Texas.
  • • As a Clinical Robot Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective deployment of our cutting-edge robots within real-world hospital settings. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a strong customer service background who are eager to contribute to the future of healthcare technology.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and provide direct, hands-on assistance to our mobile service robots as they navigate and operate within busy hospital corridors and patient care areas. This involves proactively identifying potential issues, intervening safely when necessary, and ensuring the robots' smooth and efficient operation.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve meticulous data collection and troubleshooting. You will be tasked with documenting robot performance, identifying operational challenges, and gathering detailed, accurate feedback to relay to our engineering team. This feedback loop is crucial for continuous improvement and the advancement of our robotic technology.
  • • You will be the frontline ambassador for Diligent Robotics, prioritizing an exceptional customer experience for hospital staff, patients, and visitors. This means consistently meeting and exceeding their expectations regarding robot interaction, functionality, and overall service.
  • • Effective communication is paramount. You will regularly interact with hospital staff, providing clear and concise information about robot operations, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have. Occasional interactions with the public may also be required.
  • • This role is integral to the founding operations team, meaning you will have the unique opportunity to help design, implement, and refine operational processes as the company scales. Your insights and experiences will directly shape how we manage and deploy our robotic fleet.
  • • You will be empowered to solve unexpected situations that may arise during your shift, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment. Working collaboratively as part of a team will be essential to ensure we consistently deliver exceptional results to our hospital partners.
  • • This is not an engineering role, and no prior experience in robotics or engineering is necessary. We are looking for individuals who excel in customer-facing roles, possess strong problem-solving skills, and are adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • • You will be expected to lift up to 40 pounds, reflecting the physical demands of assisting with robot deployment and movement in a clinical setting.
  • • Flexibility in working hours is required, including varying shifts, nights, and weekends, as hospital needs and robot operations are continuous. You must also be willing to work during significant holidays, as our hospital partners operate 24/7.
  • • Employment is contingent upon successfully obtaining vendor credentials for our hospital partners, which involves a comprehensive process including background checks, drug screening, and various immunizations.
  • • Embrace the opportunity to be at the intersection of healthcare and technology, contributing to a mission that aims to improve patient care and operational efficiency through innovative robotic solutions.
  • • Your ability to learn quickly, make independent decisions, and maintain a high level of organization while juggling multiple tasks will be key to your success in this dynamic role.
  • • We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we encourage applications from all qualified individuals. Your contribution will help shape the future of service robotics in healthcare.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Self-sufficient, proactive, and capable of making independent decisions.
