  • • As a Clinical Sales Representative at Equip Health Inc., you will be at the forefront of our mission to expand access to life-changing eating disorder treatment. This pivotal role is designed for an entrepreneurial and self-driven individual who thrives on building strategic relationships and driving patient acquisition within a designated multi-state territory. You will be the primary ambassador for Equip, connecting healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential referral sources to our evidence-based, virtual care model.
  • • Your core responsibility will be to develop and execute innovative strategies aimed at maximizing Equip's brand visibility and fostering robust provider relationships across your territory. This involves a proactive approach to identifying and cultivating new partnerships, while simultaneously nurturing and strengthening existing connections. You will leverage a variety of communication channels, including virtual meetings, engaging in-person interactions, impactful events, and informative educational presentations. A key aspect of this role is the ability to collaborate seamlessly with Equip’s clinical leaders, ensuring that our unique treatment approach and positive patient outcomes are effectively communicated and understood by our partners.
  • • You will be instrumental in achieving patient acquisition and admissions goals, working in close concert with various internal departments. This collaborative effort ensures a smooth and efficient pathway for patients seeking treatment. To effectively manage your territory and demonstrate performance, you will meticulously maintain and utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This includes tracking outreach efforts, managing data, and generating reports that highlight territory performance, pinpoint areas for strategic improvement, and inform future sales initiatives.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve the planning and execution of regional events designed to foster engagement with target professional audiences. These events are crucial for building community, educating potential partners, and reinforcing Equip's position as a leader in eating disorder treatment. You will need to develop a deep and nuanced understanding of the specific needs and challenges within your territory, enabling you to expertly position Equip as the ideal solution for providers seeking to offer comprehensive and effective care to their patients.
  • • Identifying and re-engaging inactive providers will be a key performance indicator. You will develop and implement actionable plans with clear timelines to revitalize these relationships and bring them back into the Equip network. Furthermore, you will act as a vital link between our provider partners and our internal teams, collaborating closely with Referral Coordinators and the Admissions team to ensure a stellar, seamless referral process that prioritizes the patient experience.
  • • Cross-functional collaboration is essential for success. You will work hand-in-hand with the marketing, clinical operations, and payor partnership teams to strategically penetrate new markets and overcome any barriers to access. This includes identifying local sponsorship opportunities and representing Equip with professionalism and enthusiasm at relevant conferences and industry events, further amplifying our reach and impact.
  • • This is a remote role that requires a high degree of autonomy, self-motivation, and excellent organizational skills. You must be comfortable navigating a fast-paced, fluid environment, demonstrating critical thinking to overcome challenges and adapt to rapid change. Your ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels will be paramount to your success in driving patient acquisition and fulfilling Equip's vital mission.
