  • • As a Clinical Sales Specialist (CSS) for the EMEA region, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of Radformation's software solutions. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of Radiation Oncology, coupled with proven customer-facing experience within the industry. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership and our network of distributors to unearth new business opportunities and significantly enhance the sales pipeline across the EMEA territory. Your clinical expertise will be the cornerstone of your engagement with potential customers, enabling you to deliver compelling product demonstrations and expertly guide opportunities through the entire sales lifecycle.
  • • Your primary responsibilities will encompass robust Sales Pipeline Development. This involves proactively generating and actively supporting new sales opportunities throughout the EMEA region. A key aspect of this will be meticulously collecting vital information about prospective clients' existing infrastructure and their specific clinical needs, which will be crucial for nurturing and advancing sales opportunities. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions, appointments, and meetings within Salesforce is paramount to ensuring efficient pipeline management and reporting. Furthermore, you will be responsible for coordinating timely and effective follow-ups after webinars, trade shows, and customer visits, ensuring that every lead is pursued diligently to advance opportunities towards closure.
  • • Customer Engagement is another critical facet of this role. You will leverage your extensive clinical experience to communicate effectively with potential customers through a variety of channels, including virtual meetings and in-person visits. The ability to build strong rapport, accurately identify clinical and operational pain points experienced by healthcare providers, and position yourself as a trusted advisor is essential. This consultative approach will enable you to understand customer challenges deeply and demonstrate how Radformation's solutions can provide tangible benefits.
  • • Opportunity Management will require your active participation in regular territory reviews. These sessions are vital for gathering up-to-date information on existing opportunities and identifying new prospects to add to the sales pipeline. Your insights and updates will be crucial for strategic planning and resource allocation within the sales team.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve Product Presentation. You will be responsible for conducting engaging and informative presentations of Radformation's software suite. This includes delivering polished slide shows and dynamic live demonstrations of our products, both at industry events and during customer-specific visits. Your ability to articulate the value proposition and technical capabilities of our software will be key to capturing interest and driving adoption.
  • • Lead Management will involve close collaboration with Account Managers. You will work in tandem to ensure that qualified opportunities are progressed efficiently and effectively through the sales funnel. A crucial part of your responsibility will also include supporting the smooth transition of closed accounts to our dedicated Clinical Success team, ensuring continuity of care and customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • • This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a remote work environment, possesses a strong clinical background in Radiation Oncology, and has a passion for leveraging technology to improve patient outcomes. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 2 years of clinical Radiation Oncology experience.
  • • Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing Radiation Oncology industry experience.
  • • Fluency in English.
