  • • Drive revenue and profitability growth for Henry Schein Products at the center level within a designated territory across single-site and multi-site dental accounts.
  • • Partner with Field Sales Consultants (FSC), Regional General Managers (RGM), DSO Team Members, and Clinical Sales Management to expand adoption of HS Products portfolio in private practices and DSOs.
  • • Conduct regular business reviews with RGM to identify and prioritize category growth opportunities, with a focus on Biomaterial and Endo products.
  • • Provide clinical expertise and product knowledge to customers and FSC teams to support sales effectiveness and account-level decision-making.
  • • Deliver product demonstrations in-person and virtually to private practices, DSOs, study clubs, and other one-to-one or one-to-many sales environments.
  • • Utilize CRM, analytics, and reporting platforms to document, analyze, plan, and coordinate sales activities aimed at increasing market share of HS Products.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams and Clinical Sales Management to develop targeted selling materials, launch programs, and implementation plans tailored to DSO account needs.
  • • Support regional business development initiatives by leveraging local partnerships and market insights to expand HS Products presence in assigned territory.
  • • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and territory performance using company-approved digital tools and systems.
  • • Act as a subject matter expert across the full Henry Schein Products portfolio to guide sales teams and customers on clinical applications and product benefits.
  • • Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing center-level accounts.
  • • Align sales strategies with company goals to maximize market penetration and profitability within designated geographic territory.
  • • Communicate market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to Clinical Sales Management to inform product strategy and sales planning.
  • • Travel approximately 80% of the time to conduct field activities, client meetings, and product demonstrations across the assigned territory.
  • • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with regional and corporate sales objectives.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2 to 5 years of increasing responsibility in sales experience
  • • Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline (preferred)
  • • Proven ability to conduct product demonstrations in clinical or dental settings
  • • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics platforms
  • • Willingness to travel up to 80%
