- • The Clinical Sourcing Specialist (Part-Time) role at Diana Health is essential to building a strong, diverse talent pipeline of certified nurse midwives, women’s health nurse practitioners, and licensed clinical social workers who deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in modern women’s health practices.
- • Day to day, you will source qualified clinicians using LinkedIn, Indeed, PracticeLink, social media, and networking; reach out to passive candidates to generate interest; collaborate with the Clinical Recruitment Manager and hiring managers to define role requirements; maintain an organized sourcing pipeline in Greenhouse and other tools; develop long-term talent pipelines for future hiring needs; and represent Diana Health’s brand professionally and warmly in all candidate interactions.
