- • Senior KYC Operations Analyst responsible for conducting complex customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, and ongoing periodic reviews to ensure platform safety and regulatory compliance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing high-risk client relationships, monitoring transactional activity, updating KYC files, escalating risk acceptance memos, partnering with internal stakeholders, and leveraging AI tools to improve review efficiency and decision-making.

- • The role offers opportunity to deepen expertise in AML/KYC within crypto and blockchain, collaborate across global teams (US, Europe, APAC), and contribute to trusted financial innovation at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of relevant experience in AML and KYC reviews for corporates, with 2 years in crypto, preferably in ongoing monitoring of higher and high risk customers
- • B.A./B.S. degree; quantitative or technical degree a plus
- • Detail-oriented, highly analytical and comfortable digging into data
- • Strong communication skills and presence, ability to interface with internal and external teams
- • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite
- • CAMS, CFCS or CFE certification is a plus
