  • • Provide technical and clinical support for capital equipment setup and maintenance specifically for endodontic customers, serving as the primary resource for training, troubleshooting, and in-service education.
  • • Act as the primary point of contact during customer onboarding, personally assisting with the first 10 clinical cases per the Onboarding Playbook to ensure successful adoption of company products.
  • • Attend clinical procedures in dental operatories to observe and support customer and patient success with endodontic products after onboarding is complete.
  • • Educate dentists, office staff, and affiliated stakeholders on the clinical usage, benefits, and technological advancements of company products through presentations, demonstrations, typodont models, slides, and manuals.
  • • Increase product utilization by conducting direct outreach to dental practices, delivering training sessions, and identifying appropriate patient cases for endodontic procedures.
  • • Stay current with clinical research, industry developments, and procedural best practices by participating in case reviews, procedure observations, and clinical discussions with dental professionals.
  • • Install newly sold capital systems at customer locations and ensure proper functionality and integration into clinical workflows.
  • • Respond to client inquiries regarding system operation, hardware, software, and operator errors, partnering with internal technical and service teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • • Support customer referral events, practice marketing initiatives, and professional education activities such as Lunch and Learns, Open Houses, and clinical conferences.
  • • Build and maintain relationships with dental office personnel through casual interactions, meetings, and conference participation to identify key decision-makers and expand account influence.
  • • Gather and record HIPAA-compliant, quantified data on system usage and procedure protocols for marketing, R&D, and clinical/regulatory teams.
  • • Complete all required training workbooks and maintain strict compliance with company quality systems, policies, and regulatory standards.
  • • Perform administrative duties including timely data entry, reporting, and maintaining disciplined records of account activity and interactions.
  • • Participate in regular team meetings, conference calls, and training sessions both virtually and in person.
  • • Maintain a professional image and foster collaborative partnerships between the company and dental practices.
  • • Resolve complex clinical and operational issues effectively while delivering difficult messages with professionalism and empathy.
  • • Travel up to 60% to support customers across the assigned geography, operating primarily in dental office environments.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5 to 7+ years of increasing responsibility in professional experience, including at least 3 years of sales experience in a patient care environment
  • • Advanced clinical knowledge of endodontic disease states, procedures, technology, and industry landscape
  • • Strong computer/technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com
  • • Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; Master’s degree or industry certifications preferred
  • • Ability to travel up to 60%
  • • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field travel
