- • As a Clinical Strategy Lead at Humana Inc., you will drive strategic initiatives that improve health outcomes and reduce total cost of care for over 5 million members by ensuring access to high-quality providers and enhancing care quality.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing complex clinical and business data, leading cross-functional collaboration with data scientists, actuaries, and clinical experts, developing evidence-based strategies, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership using strong storytelling and data visualization skills.
- • You will partner with operational and analytical teams to turn insights into action, build business cases for improvement initiatives, and lead through influence to align stakeholders across the enterprise on high-visibility projects.
- • Humana’s Clinical Strategy Team is a multidisciplinary group focused on leveraging data and clinical expertise to enhance member and provider experiences, drive better health outcomes, and lower costs — offering you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a mission-driven healthcare organization.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare strategy, data-informed decision-making, and executive communication while leading initiatives that directly affect patient care quality and cost efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • 7+ years of experience in healthcare, payor, provider, and/or consulting
- • Proven experience using quantitative and qualitative data to develop strategic recommendations and present to senior leaders
- • Demonstrated ability to partner with analytics teams to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with comfort engaging C-suite audiences
- • Self-starter mindset with ability to anticipate needs, create plans, and solve problems proactively
