• • The Clinical Support Engineer at Merative is responsible for resolving complex product integration, configuration, usability, and defect incidents by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence, ensuring high customer satisfaction and product reliability.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with customers, internal teams, and third parties to prioritize and resolve issues; providing regular updates; advocating for customer needs; transferring clinical and technical knowledge to support teams; analyzing incident trends; and contributing to process improvements through training, documentation, and proactive problem-solving.
