  • • As a Product Content Writer at Heidi Health, you will be instrumental in shaping the narrative around our groundbreaking AI Care Partner. This role is not about traditional blogging; it's about becoming a core part of our product storytelling engine, translating complex technological capabilities into clear, compelling, and specialty-specific content across a variety of formats, primarily video and written materials. Your primary objective will be to drive adoption, engagement, and revenue by clearly articulating how Heidi enhances clinical workflows and improves patient care.
  • • Your core focus will be developing scalable, specialty-specific product content. This involves demonstrating Heidi's value proposition across an extensive range of medical and allied health specialties, including but not limited to Primary Care (General Practice, Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Rural & Remote), Medical Specialties (Cardiology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Respiratory, Infectious Disease, Geriatrics, Oncology, Rheumatology, Nephrology, Haematology), Surgical Specialties (Orthopaedics, General Surgery, ENT, Urology, Plastics, Vascular, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology), Women’s & Children’s Health (Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Fertility, Paediatrics, Neonatology), Mental Health (Psychiatry, Psychology, Addiction Medicine), and Allied Health (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Podiatry, Chiropractic). You will also cover other care settings like Emergency Medicine, Telehealth, Hospitalists, Community Health, Aged Care, Home Care, and Multi-disciplinary teams.
  • • For each specialty and setting, you will create a diverse range of content assets. This includes detailed use case breakdowns that highlight practical applications, immersive “Day in the Life” narratives that showcase Heidi's integration into daily routines, specific workflow examples that illustrate efficiency gains, and before/after documentation scenarios to quantify improvements. You will also develop template-driven content for consistency, craft compelling website landing pages to attract and inform, and produce essential sales enablement materials to equip our sales teams.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve owning and producing high-volume product video content. This includes creating short-form and mid-form videos such as feature walkthroughs, “Heidi for [Specialty]” explainer videos, workflow simulations, real-world scenario demonstrations, and social-native product clips tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. You will also produce customer scenario explainers and launch/feature announcement videos. This requires strong scriptwriting skills, the ability to structure tight, outcome-focused narratives, and a talent for simplifying complex features into easily digestible stories. Collaboration with design and growth teams will be key, and being comfortable on-camera is a strong advantage.
  • • You will be tasked with developing a robust use case engine to generate repeatable, specialty-driven content at scale. This involves creating standardized use-case frameworks, building comprehensive template libraries, developing effective objection-handling content, mapping pain points specific to each specialty, adapting clinical language for different audience types, and refining persona-driven product positioning. Your work will directly help answer critical questions such as: How does Heidi improve a cardiologist's decision-making during consultations? How does it support a psychiatrist during extended therapy sessions? How does it reduce administrative burdens in a busy orthopaedic clinic? How does it streamline documentation in telehealth settings? How does it cater to the needs of both registrars and consultants? How does it scale effectively across multi-site practices?
  • • Cross-functional collaboration is essential. You will work closely with the Product team to gain a deep understanding of features, the Growth team to create conversion-focused content, the Sales team to develop battlecards and objection handling resources, Customer Success to gather real-world stories and insights, and even the Founders to align with the company vision and positioning. A willingness to dive deep into product mechanics and translate them into accessible clarity is paramount.
  • • Success in your first six months will be measured by tangible achievements, including launching specialty-specific landing pages, building a scalable “Heidi for Every Specialty” content library, producing over 50 high-quality product videos, delivering consistent weekly written product content, increasing specialty-driven acquisition, and improving product understanding across the entire customer funnel. You must be obsessed with product storytelling, capable of high-volume output without compromising quality, adept at simplifying complex technology, deeply curious about clinical workflows, structured in your approach, and focused on outcomes.

  • • 3–6+ years of experience in product content, product marketing, or SaaS content creation.
  • • Proven experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong preference for healthtech experience.
  • • A robust portfolio showcasing exceptional product-focused writing and scriptwriting for video.
  • • Demonstrated ability to independently research and understand complex technical and clinical domains.
  • • A clear bias towards utility and clarity in content, avoiding jargon and fluff.
