- • As a Clinical Technical Support Specialist at Prompt, Inc., you will serve as a trusted software expert for rehab therapy businesses, directly impacting customer success by resolving technical inquiries via email and ensuring seamless use of Prompt’s industry-leading EMR platform. Your role is critical in maintaining the company’s industry-leading Net Promoter Score, which outperforms competitors by 40 points, by delivering accurate, empathetic, and efficient support that drives customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- • Day to day, you will respond to customer questions and requests via email using the help desk platform, triage and prioritize tickets, escalate complex issues to engineering or product teams with full context, and maintain a deep, working knowledge of Prompt’s software features to troubleshoot use cases and guide customers toward optimal workflows. You will also actively contribute to product improvement by identifying recurring pain points, advocating for feature enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine the user experience based on real-world clinical feedback.
- • You will join a mission-driven, high-performing Customer Experience Team at Prompt, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company revolutionizing outpatient rehab therapy through intelligent automation and digital transformation. - • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare SaaS support, clinical workflows, and product advocacy — gaining rare insight into how technology improves patient outcomes in rehab settings. You’ll have the opportunity to influence product direction, sharpen your analytical and communication skills, and grow into a trusted advisor both internally and with customers, positioning yourself for advancement into senior support, product, or customer success roles within a rapidly scaling organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or technical support environments
- • Direct clinical experience as a physical therapist, occupational therapist, therapist assistant, rehab technician, or similar role in a rehab or outpatient therapy setting
- • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to troubleshoot, test, and replicate software use cases and technical issues independently
- • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and empathetically to non-technical users
- • Proactive, self-directed learner who thrives in remote, fast-paced environments and can autonomously master new product features and workflows
