Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As the Clinical Transformation Lead at Clarium LLC, you will serve as the primary clinical operations partner for health system clients deploying Card Optimizer, guiding perioperative teams and clinical leaders from workflow design and training through frontline adoption and sustained outcomes. This role is critical to ensuring hospitals realize the full value of Clarium’s AI-powered Astra OS platform by transforming fragmented, inefficient supply chain workflows into streamlined, clinician-driven processes that reduce waste and improve patient care.
- • Day to day, you will assess current-state preference card workflows, design future-state models aligned with Card Optimizer’s capabilities, develop and deliver role-specific training for surgeons, OR nurses, and supply chain staff, build trusted relationships with senior clinical leadership, monitor post-go-live utilization to drive adoption, and document workflows and lessons learned to build a repeatable clinical implementation methodology. You will also support sales engagements by providing clinical credibility and preparing QBR content that communicates value in terms meaningful to healthcare leaders.
- • Clarium is a fast-growing, mission-driven health tech company founded in 2020 with $43M in funding from top-tier investors including Northzone, General Catalyst, and Kaiser Permanente Ventures. Trusted by leading health systems such as Yale New Haven Health, Stanford, Geisinger, and Kaiser Permanente, Clarium’s Astra OS platform delivers end-to-end visibility into hospital supply chains, automating workflows and surfacing actionable insights so teams can focus on patient care. The company operates with a fully remote team across multiple time zones, with occasional travel required for client engagements.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape a repeatable clinical implementation methodology from the ground up, deepen your expertise in perioperative operations and change management, influence clinical workflows at major health systems, and grow professionally within a collaborative, innovative team that values builder mentality and accountability. Your work will directly impact product development and help scale Clarium’s clinical approach as it expands into new markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in perioperative services, OR management, surgical services administration, or clinical supply chain
- • Owned outcomes from large-scale preference card cleanup, standardization, or governance initiatives across a multi-specialty or multi-site health system
- • Built deep familiarity with preference card anatomy: card build, PRN and open item quantity logic, pick list structure, and card change workflows
- • Worked within or alongside Epic OpTime or a comparable surgical information system (Cerner SurgiNet, Meditech, etc.)
- • Engaged and influenced surgeons, OR directors, and perioperative staff around workflow change, supply standardization, or technology adoption
- • Presented to and held substantive conversations with senior clinical leadership
🏖️ Benefits
- • Target base salary range of $140K - $180K
- • Incentive Stock Options proportionate to salary
- • Fully remote work with access to a NYC co-working space
- • Unlimited PTO
- • Top-tier health, vision, and dental benefits
- • 401K plan
