📋 Description

• • As a Clinical Trial Manager at Precision for Medicine, you will serve as the central intelligence hub for oncology-focused clinical trials, leading CRAs and overseeing all clinical aspects across multiple countries to ensure timeline adherence, scope compliance, and quality delivery in support of precision medicine advancements.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing site selection, start-up, enrolment, monitoring, data cleaning, and close-out activities; mentoring team members; identifying timeline risks; developing creative action plans; and ensuring regulatory documentation and cross-functional communication for successful trial execution.
• • Precision for Medicine is a specialized CRO dedicated to advancing precision medicine in oncology and rare diseases through integrated clinical trial design, biomarker analytics, medical expertise, and a passion for improving patient outcomes globally.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in oncology clinical trial management, strengthen leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, master ICH-GCP and regulatory implementation, and contribute meaningfully to the development of targeted cancer therapies that inform real-time clinical decisions.
