📋 Description

• • As a Clinical Trial Manager at Precision Medicine Group, you will serve as the central intelligence hub for oncology and rare disease clinical trials, leading CRAs and overseeing all clinical aspects across multiple countries to ensure timeline adherence, scope compliance, and quality delivery in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing site selection, start-up, enrolment, monitoring, data cleaning, and close-out activities; mentoring team members; identifying timeline risks; developing creative action plans; and maintaining cross-functional communication to ensure regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.
• • Precision Medicine Group is a precision-focused CRO dedicated to advancing oncology and rare disease research through integrated clinical trial design, biomarker analytics, medical expertise, and a passion for improving patient outcomes globally.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in oncology trial management, strengthen leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, and gain hands-on experience with CTMS, eTMF, EDC, and IXRS systems while contributing to meaningful advancements in cancer therapeutics.
