📋 Description

• • The Clinical Trial Manager/Senior Clinical Trial Manager serves as the clinical trial lead responsible for the planning, conduct, and oversight of the operational portion of clinical studies per defined scope of work, ensuring compliance with protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary clinical point of contact with clients, developing study-related documents (clinical plans, ICF templates, CRF guidelines, training materials), identifying training needs for CRAs and vendors, driving site feasibility, developing recruitment/retention strategies, leading internal clinical team meetings, managing eTMF implementation, overseeing regulatory submissions, monitoring study timelines via metric reporting, supporting investigator meetings, managing IP accountability, and collaborating on CAPA plans and audit preparations.
