📋 Description

• • The Clinical Trials Associate supports clinical operations teams in ensuring the effective and efficient conduct of clinical research studies, playing a vital role in advancing ImmunityBio’s mission to develop immunotherapies that harness the immune system to combat cancer and infectious diseases.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and organizing clinical study documentation (such as Trial Master Files and site-level documents), reviewing documents for compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDocP), coordinating with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Clinical Trials Managers (CTMs) to resolve documentation issues, managing site communications for enrollment updates and missing documents, facilitating IRB submissions and tracking, auditing site invoices against budgets and CRFs, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and supporting safety reporting and cross-functional projects as needed.
