- • As a Clinical Trials Associate at Worldwide Clinical Trials, you will provide essential administrative and project tracking support to clinical project teams, ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks for assigned projects within Project Delivery services.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include arranging and tracking system access for project team members, maintaining and auditing document versions on project portals, assisting with preparation and shipment of clinical trial documentation such as Investigator Site Files, maintaining version control of project documentation for submission to the trial master file, and supporting the tracking of project-related information including site medical question and answer logs.
- • Worldwide Clinical Trials is a global, midsize CRO with over 3,500+ experts dedicated to improving lives through innovative and high-quality clinical research. - • In this role, you will develop strong organizational, documentation management, and cross-functional coordination skills within the clinical trials lifecycle, gaining hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, project support, and quality assurance processes that are foundational for career growth in clinical research operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Degree level qualification or equivalent experience plus a minimum of one year’s experience in a related role
- • Excellent written and verbal English as well as fluency in the language of the country of location (Spanish for Argentina)
- • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality of work
- • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- • Excellent skills in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- • Ability to handle multiple tasks and exercise independent judgment
