- • As a Chief Legal Officer (CLO) - AI Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the legal reasoning capabilities of advanced AI systems by reviewing, refining, and validating AI-generated legal content across complex domains such as corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contract law. This freelance opportunity allows experienced legal professionals to contribute meaningfully to the development of trustworthy, accurate AI models without disrupting their existing careers.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: reviewing and refining AI-generated responses related to diverse legal fields including contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks; evaluating outputs for technical accuracy, legal logic, and alignment with current regulatory standards; drafting realistic legal scenarios spanning commercial, contract, corporate, compliance, and regulatory challenges; generating scenario variations from multiple stakeholder perspectives such as legal counsel, compliance officer, board member, regulator, or commercial partner; and identifying weaknesses in legal logic, regulatory interpretation, or risk analysis within AI outputs to improve model reliability.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a legal professional in roles such as Chief Legal Officer (CLO), in-house counsel, legal consultant, compliance lead, or regulator
- • Several years of hands-on experience in contract law, corporate governance, regulatory affairs, or compliance within the EU or UK jurisdiction
- • Demonstrated ability to detect flawed legal logic, inconsistent reasoning, or unrealistic interpretations in AI-generated legal content
- • Availability to commit 8–20 hours per week on a flexible, remote schedule, with ability to start within the coming weeks
- • Based in the EU or UK and eligible to work remotely under local regulations
