📋 Description

• • The Cloud Accounting Manager leads the implementation and scaling of Xero across internal teams and clients, driving efficient, high-quality usage in a high-volume environment.
• • Day to day, the role involves supporting clients with Xero implementation and transition, providing ongoing guidance on best practices, designing and delivering training for internal teams, acting as the escalation point for complex Xero-related queries, troubleshooting advanced issues, identifying recurring problems to improve processes and documentation, creating scalable resources like guides and videos, and collaborating with Customer Success and Operations to enhance client experience.
