📋 Description
- • As Cloud Monitoring Manager (m/w/d) Wärmepumpe, you will be the first technical instance when devices do not function as they should.
- • Your tasks will include reactive support, technical support & device control, problem-solving & fault analysis, knowledge management, documentation & research, and capacity management.
- • You will be responsible for analyzing customer problems from a distance, making device settings, and preparing, accompanying, and following up on service deployments.
- • You will develop scalable solution approaches for recurring disturbance patterns, such as warm water, noise complaints, or inadequate heating performance.
- • You will maintain and develop operating instructions, FAQs, and internal knowledge databases to ensure that technical knowledge remains accessible within the team.
- • You will research technical questions, standards, and heat pump regulations with structured documentation for internal use.
- • You will actively support the absorption of seasonal peak loads, ensuring consistently high solution quality even in peak phases.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree or training in mechanical engineering, energy technology, building technology, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical field.
- • Technical understanding of heating systems and heat pumps.
- • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking; English is an advantage.
- • Nice to have: Experience in monitoring photovoltaic, heat pump, or electric car data.
