• • As a Cloud Operations Engineer (Level 2+), you will be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to supporting and maintaining sophisticated multi-cloud public infrastructure environments for a diverse range of enterprise clients.
• • Your primary focus will be on ensuring the stability, performance, and security of these critical cloud platforms, contributing directly to the success of our clients' digital transformations.
• • You will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, acting as a key escalation point for complex issues within the AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), OVH, and occasionally Microsoft Azure ecosystems.
• • This role demands a proactive approach to managing incidents and service requests, meticulously adhering to ITIL processes and utilizing ITSM tools to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• • A significant aspect of your daily work will involve the hands-on operation and maintenance of robust Linux-based cloud infrastructures, ensuring they are running optimally and efficiently.
• • You will perform essential daily operational activities, including comprehensive monitoring of system health, diligent management of backups, timely application of patches and updates, and regular health checks to preempt potential issues.
• • A core responsibility is the accurate diagnosis and swift resolution of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) infrastructure incidents, minimizing downtime and impact on client operations.
• • You will be instrumental in updating and enhancing technical documentation and knowledge bases, ensuring that best practices and operational procedures are clearly recorded and accessible to the team.
• • A strong emphasis will be placed on applying and actively promoting cloud security best practices and operational excellence across all managed environments.
