- • The Cloud Server Operations Engineer ensures the timely SLA-based resolution of server fault tickets which may involve cross-team collaboration and vendor coordination, OS reboot, reinstallation and recovery, and on-call tickets, troubleshooting and operations recovery management.
- • The role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to resolve complex technical issues.
- • The Cloud Server Operations Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of cloud servers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- • The role involves working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- • The Cloud Server Operations Engineer will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of server operations, including logs, metrics, and other relevant data.
- • The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
