• • As a Cloud Solution Architect at Concentrix, you will be instrumental in guiding customers through the complex journey of migrating, modernizing, and securing their critical infrastructure, applications, and data onto the Microsoft Azure platform. This role is pivotal in establishing a robust and scalable foundation necessary for the successful deployment and operation of advanced AI solutions, directly contributing to Concentrix's vision as an intelligent transformation partner. You will operate within the dynamic Cloud + AI Infrastructure team, delivering impactful engagements that span migration strategies, modernization efforts, operational excellence initiatives, and the design of resilient architectures, all while adhering to industry-leading frameworks such as the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and the Well-Architected Framework (WAF).
• • In your day-to-day activities, you will be responsible for leveraging existing, proven Repeatable Intellectual Property (IP) and sophisticated execution engines to achieve critical project milestones efficiently. A key focus will be ensuring that the customer's infrastructure, applications, and databases are fully prepared and optimized for demanding AI workloads, thereby accelerating their adoption and realizing the full potential of their Azure investments. You will collaborate closely with customer IT leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to design and implement highly scalable solutions, proactively identify and resolve technical blockers, and accelerate the adoption of Azure services. Your expertise will be crucial in driving migration and modernization initiatives, including the execution of committed proof-of-concept projects and the successful transition to production environments across a diverse range of workloads, encompassing infrastructure, data, SAP, and AI. You will also be tasked with ensuring that customer environments are meticulously optimized for health, resilience, security, and performance, creating the ideal conditions for production-scale AI use cases. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in delivering and contributing to the development of centralized IP, aiming to further accelerate deployment cycles and achieve targeted business outcomes for clients. Identifying and resolving technical impediments will be a continuous effort to expedite go-live timelines and uphold delivery excellence across key Factory engagements. You will also be responsible for generating incremental pipeline opportunities from each engagement by proactively driving next best actions and ensuring alignment with Unified Enterprise Support (ES) priorities.
