📋 Description
- • As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) – SharePoint in Microsoft Global Delivery at Concentrix, you will provide deep technical expertise across SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online, and hybrid environments, supporting enterprise customers through architecture design, deployment, migration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- • You will work with complex, large‑scale SharePoint environments, helping customers modernize, secure, and scale their collaboration platforms while ensuring reliability, performance, and business continuity.
- • You will act as a technical authority for Enterprise SharePoint environments within Global Delivery engagements, design and validate SharePoint architectures and topologies, deploy and configure SharePoint Service Applications, diagnose and resolve complex issues related to authentication providers, performance, availability, and zero‑downtime patching, manage and support Enterprise SharePoint Server environments and scaling, plan and execute upgrades, disaster recovery, and migrations to SharePoint Online, configure and support SharePoint Hybrid solutions, provide hands‑on guidance for site and list creation and permissions management, support Microsoft 365 integration including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Information Protection, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality Global Delivery outcomes.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in SharePoint architecture and topology
- • Experience with SharePoint Service Applications
- • Experience in SharePoint troubleshooting (on‑prem and hybrid)
- • Experience with SharePoint authentication providers
- • Experience in zero‑downtime patching
- • Fluent Italian is mandatory
