• • As the Cluster AI Enablement Lead for UK, Ireland & Nordics, you will drive AI adoption across Everfield’s portfolio of European software companies, transforming how teams build, sell, and support products through hands-on enablement.
• • You will conduct maturity assessments, deliver workshops and hackathons, coach teams across R&D, sales, support, and operations, and embed AI into daily workflows by working side-by-side with developers, product managers, and support staff.
• • Everfield is a decentralised ecosystem of European vertical market and specialist software companies, founded in 2022, with presence in 10+ countries, providing talent, HR, and operational expertise to help portfolio companies scale.
