📋 Description
- • As a Code Data Quality Specialist at Mistral AI, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of data used to train and evaluate large language models, directly impacting the performance and safety of AI systems.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing and auditing code annotations against established rubrics, identifying inconsistencies or errors, and providing feedback to annotators to maintain high data quality standards.
- • You will also spend time building, maintaining, and troubleshooting internal tooling used by the annotation team, improving workflow efficiency and usability.
- • Collaboration is key: you will work closely with annotators, technical program managers, and engineering stakeholders to refine annotation guidelines and processes.

🎯 Requirements
- • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail for reviewing code annotations.
- • Experience with or understanding of code annotation, data labeling, or quality assurance in technical contexts.
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including annotators, engineers, and program managers.
- • Proficiency in using and troubleshooting internal tools; familiarity with scripting or automation is a plus.
- • Excellent communication skills for providing clear feedback and contributing to guideline refinement.
